Expensive!

These are the washer and dryer my husband and I bought two days ago. These have energy star that have estimated yearly electricity use of 162 kWh and $9 operating cost (when use with a natural gas water heater). I love these new 2008 Samsung model WF448 because it's so quiet ans they have both steamers. What I don't like is the price because it's so expensive which we paid about $2,600 including the tax. Buying these washer and dryer was not my idea, its my husband who wants for his birthday present. So, here it's that cost a lot and didn't help for our savings for our Philippines trip. But what I can do, my husband deserves to have these things since he works so hard and it's reasonable for saving power and getting rid of our hot water tank.
